Following its multi-year agreement with the New York Mets in early April, Nasdaq-listed Caesars Entertainment, Inc. has now entered into a sports betting partnership with another Major League Baseball (MLB) team, the Chicago White Sox.
The “wide-ranging collaboration” that makes the Las Vegas-based entertainment company the exclusive casino and official sports betting partner of the American League Central division member club comes on the same day that Bally’s River West location was selected as the finalist for a Chicago casino.
Partnership Terms:
In addition to official logos and marks, under the terms of the deal, Caesars will gain access to digital and social media assets, rotational LED signage, as well as a range of exclusive experiences courtesy of its loyalty rewards program.
Also included in the partnership is prominently displayed TV-visible fixed signage with a board in right field that features its gaming destinations, while channel lettering will be affixed to the top of a video board in left field, which, per the press release, is one of the first of its kind in Guaranteed Rate Field‘s branding displays.
The latest, according to Caesars, is intended to build upon its “legacy” in Illinois and northwest Indiana, where it is currently responsible for the Harrah’s Joliet, Harrah’s Metropolis, Horseshoe Hammond, and Grand Victoria Casino Elgin gaming destinations.

“It’s a perfect time for Caesars to align with an iconic franchise like the Chicago White Sox,” said Tom Reeg, Chief Executive Officer for Caesars Entertainment.
The CEO goes on to explain that…

Caesars can provide White Sox fans and sports fans across the state with the very best in sports experiences through our world-class resorts and the recent relaunch of the Caesars Sportsbook app now available for mobile registration.”
What’s more, the White Sox will also integrate the entertainment company and its official sportsbook into the Jerry Reinsdorf-owned team’s marketing efforts, team merchandise, and experiences pushing ahead, while also providing fans opportunities for offers and promotions directly through the Caesars Sportsbook app. The latest version of the app can be downloaded by fans in Illinois on iOS or Android.
